① Provide opportunities of studying Chinese IP theories and practice and Chinese language to employees engaged in the IP related business from domestic and foreign enterprises and law firms, and cultivate IP talents for domestic and foreign enterprises; and

② Dispatch relevant members of our firm abroad to study in foreign law firms, realizing business, technical and legal exchanges between different firms or between firms and enterprises.

Seminars

① Send relevant  members home and abroad to introduce and lecture on laws and practice of Chinese IP;

② Hold seminars in and outside of our firm and invite renowned specialists from all over China to deliver lectures and speeches; and

③ Send Chinese IP experts overseas to deliver lectures or exchange perspectives.

Researches

① Research on specific subject areas for foreign enterprises and law firms; and

② Provide foreign enterprises and law firms with access to renowned Chinese experts to address their research needs.

Visits

① Assist foreign enterprises and firms wishing to contact and visit state administrative agencies, including the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), Trademark Office of State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Court and other national executive institutions;

② Assist foreign enterprises and law firms wishing to visit and develop relationships with universities and colleagues in China, aiding them in setting up TLO relations with these institutions;

③ Assist foreign enterprises and law firms wishing to visit and develop relationships with Chinese enterprises, aiding them in making and consulting on IP strategies;

④ Provide foreign enterprises with consultations on IP laws for business development in China; and

⑤ Assist foreign enterprises in establishing a rational IP strategy.
