The 146th Annual Meeting of the International Trademark Association (INTA) was successfully concluded on May 23, 2024 at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
This year’s INTA Annual Meeting, which was themed “The Business of Innovation” and focused on the impact of technology on IP business models, attracted over 9,650 brand professionals, business leaders, brand owners, and government officials from 136 countries and regions. Additionally, the Annual Meeting featured numerous Chinese-inspired events, such as the China Law Enforcement Symposium. China also became the nation that registered the most attendees (over 650 persons) outside the US.
Linda Liu firm sent a delegation of seasoned trademark attorneys and top-notch lawyers to the US to take part in this prestigious annual IP conference. This year INTA brought together top professionals in the IP field from around the globe. The venue was bustling with attendees, creating an energetic atmosphere. Participants came together to discuss the latest trends in the industry and share their insights into IP across different countries.
At INTA, Linda Liu team reconnected with hundreds of strategic business partners and old and new clients around the globe. We actively participated in discussions on important topics like the trademark, copyright and patent practice in China, recent legislative changes, foreign enterprises' strategies in China, and the IP right enforcement.
