From October 19th to October 22nd, 2024, a team of over ten IP practitioners from Linda Liu IP, guided by Mr. Wei Chixue, participated in the AIPPI Annual Meeting in Hangzhou. Throughout the 4-day event, the main venue of the conference was bustling with attendees, creating a vibrant atmosphere as IP practitioners from across the globe came together to discuss the latest developments in the industry.
At Linda Liu Hospitality Suite, our patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law warmly welcomed and chatted with both old and new friends from around the globe, engaging in lively discussions about the latest legislative developments in the IP field in China, patent/trademark examination practices, and typical cases represented by our firm in recent years. The exchanges helped foreign enterprises and lawyers gain a better understanding of the current IP legal environment in China, and they also set a great foundation for future cooperation.
