On November 26, 2016, the “2016 Global Intellectual Property EcologyCongress” (GIPC 2016) hosted by IPRdaily was concluded perfectly in Beijing. The Director General of the Patent Administration Department under State Intellectual Property Office, Lei Xiaoyun, the Deputy Director General of Beijing Intellectual Property Office, Zhou Yan, the Intellectual Property Counselor of the French Embassy in China, Jean Baptiste Barbier, and other leaders of relevant departments, professional organizations, and international organizations attended and addressed the Congress.

In the awards ceremony of the Congress, Linda Liu & Partners was awarded “Top 10 Patent Agencies in China 2016”.

The release of the “Annual Top 10 Patent Agencies” list is independent and objective. The rankings were ultimately reviewed and approved by an expert review board, using the patent data exclusively provided by the DI Inspiro system of the Intellectual Property Publishing House as a key reference, combining the affiliated organizations of the same agent for patent application, and taking into consideration various indexes such as annual total of patent applications, annual number of invention patent applications, and so on.
