Designed and developed by the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), China’s online system of International Phase Examination and Process Management of PCT Application (hereinafter refer to as CE-PCT System) is an examination and managing system for the International phase of PCT applications covering the whole process of PCT application and examination in the international phase. The electronic application system is mainly used to help the applicants to submit the application documents of the international phase of PCT application, which is a brand-new online platform for international phase of PCT application with multiple functions of submitting new applications and intermediate documents, case management, information search, reception of notification and on-line payment.

CE-PCT System is planned to be launched officially on March 31, 2014. At that time, the applicants may submit the relevant documents of the international phase of PCT applications through two ways as online submitting through the website and PCT-SAFE.
