In order to further solve the prominent problem of the lengthy cycle of patent enforcement, achieve rapid transition between patent affirmation and infringement cases, and improve the timeliness of information publication, the Patent Reexamination Board of the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) decides to instantly publish the decisions on invalidation cases, starting from April 26, 2016.
 
For the convenience of the public for inquiry of such decisions, the column Publication of Decisions on Invalidation Cases is established on the right side of the webpage of the Patent Reexamination Board.
